Abstract
Business ethics is the ways of people do their businesses. It (dictates) makes up the values, norms and behaviors of business owners, employees, competitors, customers, communities and government in building a healthy relationship. However, in consequence of many parties involvement, too many clashing interests of the parties and ultimately lead to conflicts of interest. Investors expect their investment provide benefits, consumers expect top quality products at economical prices, employees expect a reasonable service fee as well as improving the welfare and career, the lender expects the debt to be paid them on time, competitors expect healthy competition and not destroying the other, and the government expects entrepreneur can increase the contribution to development. Due to the conflicting interests of business, people often do delinquency and fraud to look for the way. Mostly, the fraud left the communities and consumers become victims. University as an institution of higher education has taught ethics since 1980 and increased significantly in the 20th century but still not able to cope with ethical violations. Ethics education is not an easy thing to do because it is not easy to change one's personality. Things we can do are make business parties to care about the ethical culture in their environment. Psychology approach to teaching ethics is the solution. At least five approaches can be used to teach ethics, namely, reciprocity, the middle way, testing the limits, policies, role reversal.
