Abstract

PT. Serasi Mitra Mobil( astra mobil 88 palembang ) is the company is engaged in trading. Car The absence of reporting to serve the strategic management business which includes data visualization, and Olap and collection and organizes all internal data company in an integrated enterprise information ( data warehousing ).Using data be knowledge company in company ( data analytics ). Providing knowledge oriented right to customers ( customer-centric ), better information different and specifically for each costumers. Analyzing of data company can supports decision making at the management company in accordance with the data. And to know the factors that must be taken to ensure that the company can integrate BI with risks and difficulties that may be encountered.
