Abstract
The more rapid technological progress can be made in a variety of ways to access information through various media technologies that exist today, especially mobile android. Software complaints and monitoring public facilities Palembang is a software that aims to facilitate the public to make a complaint about public facilities such as roads, sidewalks and waterways by utilizing existing technology at this time such as smartphones that have Android operating system that has become the stuff common to almost all people to communicate. In doing system design can use the prototype method, this method starts with collecting user requirements, build prototyping, evaluation, prototyping, coding systems, test systems, evaluation systems, use the system. expected results of the implementation of the system was able to help the community to better facilitate and provide efficiency in overcoming limitations and the public in ignorance complain about the public facilities in real-time.
