Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures in tuition single business process that is underway in the State Islamic University Raden Fatah Palembang. Payment of Education or UKT is one of the obligations for the students, and as students we can not guess where the course money UKT it then we have to analyze and identify business processes tuition single, as well as drafting the proposed business process tuition single by methods Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Currently single business process tuition is still less efficient because many processes are still done manually. Using the method of BPR, the writer can find out the cause of the lack of efficiency in the business process single tuition. The results of this research is on business process design tuition new single with the proposed solutions, such as streamlining and simplification of the registration process and data collection attachments.
