Abstract

: National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT) was founded in 1994 based on Law No. 2 of 1989 on National Education System and reinforced with PP 60 of 1999 on Higher Education. In the data processing Universitas Bina Darma, conducted by team borang. When the team has finished entry borang, they should check matrix assessment to determine the value obtained. If the team borang want to know the value that they got, team borang should calculate in advance based on the assessment matrix. Not to mention in terms of the Head of Studies program which is not able to monitor every development stuffing from team borang itself. Of this way, it is ineffective and inefficient. This is all due Universitas Bina Darma not yet have a Web-based system in filling out a form. The method used in the construction of this system is scrum. As if we make the information system of accreditation forms are integrated with each other. And with such information, leaders will also get a complex picture and specifics of a decision that will be formulated. The decision will be more efficient than the aspect of time as the data can be accessed instantly.
