Abstract
Education is a human need, education is always subject to change, development and improvement in accordance with developments in all areas of life. In the process of teaching and learning in school students still need guidance and direction outside of school, in order to improve the competitiveness and the ability of students better. Teaching and learning activities outside of school, people still have trouble finding a private teacher information in accordance with the needs of students who will be students who can grasp and understand the intelligence of the students and the ability to grasp an understanding of the student portion of students who will be taught a tutor. Utilization of this application for which the public can view information about the biodata themselves from private tutors, price, time and place, and can determine the ability penayampaian matapelajaran whatever, possessed of a tutor, so researchers made an application under the name e-teacher.
