Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine empirically the relations between parenting your parents with temper tantrum of a child at residents of flat blok 31-35 in sub 24 Ilir city Palembang. Hypothesis that there is a relationship between parenting your parents to temper tantrum of a child, where the bad parenting then the weight temper tantrum of a child, otherwise good parentingyour parents will also easy temper tantrumof a child. Population in this study are 100 parents, while the number of samples used 80 parents who obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Measure used in this study is the scale of temper tantrum and parenting. Analysis techniques using simple regression, with the program of SPSS 16.00 for windows. Based on the results of research data analysis, know r = 0.687 and p = 0.00 (p<0.01). It means ther is a very significantrelationship between parenting your parents with temper tantrum of a child at residents of flat blok 31-35 in sub 24 Ilir city Palembang. This means that the bad parenting your parents than the weight temper tantrum of a child.
