Abstract
Bus Trans Musi Palembang city administration is an effort to improve public services, especially in the sectors of land transport in urban areas based Palembang by bus. Therefore, one of the methods used in the improvement of service quality Trans Musi is by using the Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS). Based on these results, it can be concluded in accordance with the following research objectives: (1) Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that affect the quality of services generated Bus Trans Musi were 38 KPIs based on the perceptions and opinions of stakeholders (2) Improved quality of service based on Stakeholder Priority Ranking and KPI of 5 Stakeholders these are the priority ranking is a KPI from the general public, namely the availability of routes for all lines in Palembang, in order to get a quality measurement system design Musi Trans Bus service to create and maintain hope, satisfaction and customer trust so that the resulting confidence of Bus Trans Musi.
