Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that influence economic growth in the provincial government in Indonesia for the period of 2016 and 2017. The data used in this study are secondary data. a total population of 34 and only 33 provinces were sampled in the study. The data analysis test used is multiple linear and hypothesis development including determinant coefficient (R), simultaneous test (F) and partial (T). This research uses independent variables; local own revenue (PAD), general allocation fund (DAU), profit sharing fund (DBH), special allocation fund (DAK), capital balance (BM), human development index (HDI) and the dependent variable; Economic growth (PE). The results showed that only PAD and DBH had a positive influence on economic growth, while DAU, DAK, BM and IPM had no effect on economic growth.
