Abstract

Journal is a scientific one container to accommodate the scholarly writing of a knowledgebased society. University of Bina Darma (UBD) has a unit to manage the scientific journal, called the Integrated Scientific Journal (ISJ). UBD ISJ management so far has not been integrated into a software. It also has not conducted an online promotion, considering the accreditation requirements of the regulations issued by the Directorate of Research and Community Service at which requires 60% of external parties. To overcome this, the author intends to analyze and design the Web is using objectoriented design tool using the UML (Unified Modeling Language). In addition to Web designing scientific journal, also produced a prototyping (modeling), which is the implementation of the Web Journal of Scientific UBD.
