Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion and transfer employees to the performance of employees of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Beltung. This research method is to use a multiple linear regression statistical analysis and quantitative analysis. With a sample of 76 people who have experienced permanent staff promotion and/or moving staff within the last 5 years. The results of this study indicate that the variable employee promotion and transfer a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung.
