Abstract

PT. IPC TPK Palembang Area is a company engaged in providing container terminal facilities for trade, both domestic and international. The duty of the RMGC (Rail Mounted Gantry Crane) Operator is to unload and load containers. These activities require both physical and mental aspects. This research aims to analyze physical and mental workloads. Physical Workload is measured based on Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Mental Workload using the NASA-TLX method. Based on the results of the CVL analysis, of the 16 operators there are 5 operators who have a CVL percentage value> 30%, the highest value of the CVL percentage is 36.04% which indicates that there has been work fatigue experienced by the operator, whereas when viewed from the calculation using the method NASA-TLX states that 9 operators (56.25%) have a very high mental workload with the most influencing aspect of the mental workload, namely the Performance aspect of 26.95%. Meanwhile, the maximum value of the NASA TLX final score is 99.33 and the minimum NASA TLX score is 46.66. The calculated limit values are BKA of 110.69 and BKB of 43.90.
