Abstract
AMIK Bina Sriwijaya is organization in education. In the administrative activities AMIK Bina Sriwijaya already using the facilities based on information technology and communications are connected to the Internet network. Computing devices are connected to the Internet is essential for use by students, faculty and employees to support the day-to-day activities. However, the increasing number of network users to connect to the internet will increase network traffic so that network performance will decrease, this may result in some problems such as decreased network speed / throughput, delay, loss of data delivery / packet loss and will result in jitter value will increase. Of the existing findings in the field related to the use of the Internet network, network users feel there are problems such as these. Based on the above issues the study will examine how the quality of their evaluations and internet network users on AMIK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang
