Abstract
Community is an association container that has the same hobby and passion in a certain field, wtih the community can prevent delinquency in adolescents and other adults, of course with the many communities in the city of palembang can make teenagers and adults active in community both academic and non-academic communities, to be able to facilitate the people especially in the city of palembang looking for information about the existing community in the city of palembang this is what underlies the authors to develop e�community information systems in the city of palembang where the process of making applications using the ruby on rails framework and development methods using web engineering during application creation.
