Abstract

In the process of monitoring and evaluating employees, the Tirta Musi Pdam Palembang reported several problems. Identity is an employee performance appraisal conducted by each Evaluation Team to do manual data collection on the media by using media to provide the number of employees. This is to make the process of hard work take a long time. There is no history that allows the recording of data from employees, so they can report various things needed to achieve that. In this study an employee performance information and reporting system will be built based on 360-Degree. 360-Degree method is an evaluation method that produces feedback from employees themselves, coworkers, direct supervisors, subordinates and customers. The results obtained from this general survey are then tabulated and distributed to the appointing employee, usually by a manager.
