Abstract
Pests diseases in plants is a problem frequently encountered in the community or ornamental plant growers, but to know exactly the type of pests that attack ornamental plants require an expert or specialist plants. Disease Diagnosis Expert System At Ornamental Plants Certainty Factor-Based Method Using Android is a form of application of a computerized system in the field of technology and information. During this time growers of ornamental plants or people having difficulty to diagnose plant pests and diseases as well as ways to overcome because of the type of plant disease varies greatly, so that frequent errors in giving treatment to plants that are attacked by pests. Of the problem, growers of ornamental plants or society requires expert system that can provide information on disease diagnosis and how penanggulanganya. System applications to be built using the JAVA programming language, using the DBMS XAMPP. The resulting application can perform the calculation of the kinds of diseases that are being encountered and solutions.
