Abstract
This study discusses the variables that affect the development of the corporate value at manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The variables are investment decisions, financing decisions, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and dividend policy. The study population is 138 manufacturing companies based on IDX Fact Book 2013. The hypothesis results show that investment decisions, managerial ownership and institutional ownership have significant influences to the corporate value. The adjusted R2 is at 13,4%, meaning that there is 86.6% of other variables that explains the value of corporate value.
