Abstract

RIMBUN REMULUN, Organizational Performance Assessment Methods Using Balanced Scorecard ( study on the Secretariat Electoral Commission of South Sumatra Province). Guided by Dr. H. Dedi Rianto Rahadi, MM and Herriyanto, SE, M.Si The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the organization in Secretariat National Election Commission of South Sumatra Province by using the balance scorecard to determine the standards and innovation of the staff in Secretariat General Elections Commission of South Sumatra Province to knows the quality of election. The results of the study was the National Election Commission of south Sumatra assessed by the method of balance scorecard with Four perspective : financial perspective claimed good, because the achievement between goals and targets based on the comparison of financial realization. Customer perspective they are participation of the public in elections or local elections shows they are is good cooperation between the Commission with the Society. Internal Process Business Perspective, implementation of management and planning data, implementation of human resource development, in services and human resource administration. Learning and Growth perspective as doing some meeting, working meeting, and coordination meetings to discuss various things about elections, doing reporting SIMAK-BMN (Financial Accounting and management information system-nations proverties stuff) and SI-ADKA (Information System-human recource administration). Standards quality and innovation done by training accourding to the laws and creating special programs base on main taskand function. The performance assessment of organizations use the balance scorecard with this four perspective. Performance of the organizations claimed good by the accompased of goal strategic from Electoral Commission of South Sumatra Province.
