Abstract
This research is a qualitative study. Qualitative analysis is used to explain the list of job implementation assesment as a tool for assessing the performance of civil servants in the Department of Marine and Fisheries of South Sumatra province. Indicators namely : loyalty, job performance, responsibility, obedience, honesty, cooperation, initiative and leadership. This study aims to identify and analyze assessment and performance civil servants at the Department of Marine and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province. Hopefully this research will contribute to the development of the science of human resources, especially the problem of employee performance so that it can be used as a reference for the development of human resource research to come, and is expected to provide an overview and recommendations for the management and all the staff especially within the Department of Marine and Fishing South Sumatra Province in the use list of job implementation assesment to assess employee performance.
