Abstract
: Education and training is one of human resource development. The importance of human resource development needs to be done in a planned and berkesimanbungan, in order to continuously have to be more ahead of established an employee or employee development programs at their respective institutions. Development Education and Training is increasingly important benefit because the demands of job or position, as a result of technological advances and increasing competition among companies or similar institutions. A series of management activities in HR was essentially has one basic purpose, namely: how the organization has qualified human resources, has the motivation and commitment to achieve goals (vision and mission) organizations.
