Abstract

Air pollution that can be dangerous for road users and difficult to predict its presence is smog. As a result of the smog that is disrupting the visibility of the driver so that accidents can occur and cause fatalities. Efforts to detect smog for vehicle drivers are needed to reduce the level of traffic accidents. One of them is by safety device that uses a MQ-2 as a smog detector and ultrasonic as a distance detector with other vehicles so that even though the driver's view is covered with smog the driver can still maintain a safe distance with other vehicles
