Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to design and build sales applications by applying the concept of business to customer (b2c) with m-commerce technology based on html5 Everbest Palembang. This application is useful to facilitate in the process of transaction sales and transaction recording process more time-saving. The methodology used in the development of this application is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology with the steps: inception, elaboration, construction and transition. From the results of the discussion, the authors conclude that with this application, administrative performance can increase sales and minimize errors in recording customer data, order data, payment data, and report generation. Then with this application, the advantage that customers get is the customer can make transactions and access information wherever and whenever through mobile devices, especially smart phones.
