Abstract

Main support for the achievement of Indonesia's human development goals of quality is quality education. Quality education is not quite done through the transformation of science and technology alone, but must be supported by an increase in professionalism and education personnel management system and development of the ability of learners to self-help in choosing and making decisions for the achievement of ideals. Professionalism a lecturer in touch with the lecturer's performance in carrying out the duties and obligations. Duties and obligations of faculty includes teaching, research and community service as well as internal activities. In this study raised the case of calculating the value of a lecturer's performance based on several criteria to build a decision support system using the method * with Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making).
