Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on employee performance in PT. Ricky Kencana Sukses Mandiri Palembang. Respondents in this study amounted to 50 employees, the method of data collection using Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the equation Y = 2,299 + 0.432 X indicating that there is significant influence between intellectual intelligence on employee productivity. Correlation Coefficient Analysis shows a value of 0.527 which can be interpreted that the intellectual intelligence of employee productivity into the category Medium. While Coefficient Determinant showed that job stress influence 27,7% to employee work performance and the rest 72,3% influenced by other variable outside. The result of T test shows that Job Stress variable has t count 5,740> t table with probability 0.000 <0,05 which means reject Ho, it proves that Work Stress have a significant effect positively to Employee Work Achievement at PT. Ricky Kencana Sukses Mandiri Palembang
