Abstract
The use of computers as one part of information technology has become a necessity, because many jobs can be completed more quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Not only that, in large companies the use of applications whose standards are not effective and can reduce costs and competitiveness for the company concerned. It needs a more modern application and uses a web-based database system. This application is created by using PHP program and to relate the database using MySQL Free Software. Designed and computerized programs are used for data processing and monitoring of incoming and outgoing vessels in the port area, as well as ways in ship bunker communication processes to suit the needs of existing systems.
