Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Reward and Punishment on employee performance at PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk unit Kertapati Palembang. The sample in this study were 90 respondents who were permanent employees. The sampling method used by researchers is Simple Random Sampling.This type of research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed using the SPSS V.24 application and produce a regression equation Y = 2,198 + (-0,392) b1X1 + 0.538 b2X2.The results in this study are: 1) Reward has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk Kertapati Palembang. 2) Punishment significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk Kertapati Palembang. 3)Reward dan Punihment directly (simultaneously) affect the performance of employees of PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk Kertapati Palembang.
