Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction at Belido.id Palembang using e-service quality. In this method, the variables used in the e-service quality method are Fullfillment, Efficency and Satisfaction and perform tests using the SPSS application. Based on the existing problems, there are still deficiencies in the application system that is still not running according to its function, so that it makes users less satisfied with using the application. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire via google form as many as 100 respondents consisting of users of the pelembang belido.id application
